  • 500g mascarpone
  • 120g sugar
  • 4 espresso coffees
  • ladyfingers

Preparazione

  1. 1.Separate the egg yolks from the whites
  2. 2.Whip the egg whites with 60g of sugar and set aside
  3. 3.Whip the mascarpone
  4. 4.Whip the egg yolks with 60g of sugar
  5. 5.First fold the yolks into the mascarpone
  6. 6.Then fold in the egg whites from bottom to top
  7. 7.The cream is ready — dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and assemble as you like
